New clients and clients that do not maintain a consistent appointment schedule will be required to pay a non refundable retainer fee of $40 to secure your appointment.  A debit or credit card is also required to secure your appointment to guarantee payment after services are rendered.

Please be sure to select everything you need for your appointment to ensure you have the proper amount of time blocked off for all your needs.  If you need services added on after you've booked online, please text  (804)731-8005 so that the services can be added or the appointment can be rescheduled if there is no time available to add extra services.

No shows will result in refusal to service indefinitely.  Once you are 30 minutes late with no communication you are considered a no show and your retainer fee will not be transferred or refunded.
